Portland Office Directions and Parking Information
Driving from Portland International Airport:
- From the Portland International Airport, take I-205 South.
- From South I-205, take I-84 West.
- From I-84 West, take the I-5 South exit toward Salem.
- Take the City Center/Morrison Street Exit.
- Bear right onto the Morrison Bridge.
- After crossing the bridge, bear left onto SW Washington Street.
- Turn left onto SW Broadway.
Driving from points north of downtown Portland:
- Take I-5 South toward Salem.
- Take the City Center/Morrison Street Exit.
- Bear right onto the Morrison Bridge.
- After crossing the bridge, bear left onto SW Washington Street.
- Turn left onto SW Broadway.
Driving from points south of downtown Portland:
- From I-5, take the I-405 North exit.
- Take I-405 North to the Salmon Street exit.
- Go East on Salmon Street to SW Broadway.
Parking:
Parking is available in the 1000 Broadway Building. The parking garage can be entered and exited from SW Salmon Street for East bound traffic, or via SW Main Street for West bound traffic. To enter the 1000 Broadway building from the parking garage, please locate the elevator located on each floor of the garage. Take the elevator to the Lobby floor. From the elevator lobby you will be able to enter the building through the doors marked 1000 Broadway Building. Follow the corridor to the left where you will locate another elevator lobby. Riverlake Partners is located on the 10th floor.
In addition to the 1000 Broadway parking garage, there is ample metered street parking, along with multiple other parking lots and garages in the immediate area.
